Revitalize the forums

Hey Everyone - I am looking to change up the forums a bit. To do so, I want to update them with a new logo image, new rank images, and new buttons. I have made some changes today, but want to solict the help of everyone here to do the other items. You up to the challenge?

FYI, the forums now support ATOM feeds.
